This is my inspirational quote for the day. Except it’s not very inspirational. Unless you are an escalator with an existential crisis. Speaking of, I took this pic from the Hong Kong escalator. For any of you not familiar with this, it’s a very long outdoor escalator that runs up the vertiginous slopes from the business district in Central to the residential roads of the Mid-Levels. As a little addendum I did come across my 11 year old daughter just yesterday repeating this quote quietly to herself.
