hazel loved coming home and visiting her parents. she honestly loved her family with her entire heart and loved the little moments where she could forget about all her work and just enjoy time with them. this weekend, she found out that her sister would also be joining them for dinner with her boyfriend. as the girl was setting up the dinning room table, she heard a doorbell and moments later her sister came in following along with her boyfriend... the guy who she had been talking to on tinder. she normally isn’t one to use dating websites or apps, but her friend suggested she needed to get out more and find someone. after weeks of debate, she finally decided to join tinder and met him. at first, the thoughts of him having a twin went through her mind, but she had to face reality.. they were the same people. “um, welcome.. i’m hazel.” the brunette greeted with a tiny smile. 

it was a friday night, finals were coming, but here he was... at one of the college parties that was full on crazy. he didn’t mind it though, red cup in hand he scans the crowd for someone he knows. that’s when the person captured his eyes. rising an eyebrow, he swore that person look so god damn familiar, but it wasn’t clicking in his mind. that was until his eyes followed them as they walked through crowds of people.. it couldn’t be who joshua thought it was. it just couldn’t. 

kayleigh could see the other’s lips stop moving, signalling they had finished, but all she did was stare at them blankly. “ i’m sorry, what were you saying? i stopped paying attention, like, two words in. ” it wasn’t that she didn’t care, it was more that she could see her reflection in the glass behind them, and, well... she just looked so good today.
