But despite their suffering, I know their God is faithful and just. I know His Word is true. That despite all the pain and suffering we endure, we are blessed. He will not let this crime go unpunished. He will avenge His people. They are blessed to be known and chosen by God. This is a photo I took in 2012 of the Jews Holocost Memorial in Berlin. A couple of days was the remembrance of what had happened to them. Absolutely horrible. Throughout history they have been treated as such. But I’m so thankful that through them God presented Himself for people like me. That now I also may partake in suffering for His name sake. And though unpleasant at the time, I know I am blessed because He loves me.
