in other words, I would posit that one measly translator's word choice has, in fact, begun to influence people's lexicons!  the more you encounter a word, in fact, the more "accessible" it becomes, meaning that you're more likely to retrieve it, rather than other functionally similar words, when speaking or writing!  And this is because retrieving information makes the neurons containing that information stronger.  YOUR BRAIN HAS BEEN TRANSFORMED BY ANIME
