Thace’s eyes went wide and his wonky ears showing how sleepy he was pinned back. “Wha-what?!” he stuttered in fear. His fuzzy fur stood on end as he slowly came to the edge of the bed, but too afraid to take a peek. It was dark and scary! He didn’t like the dark!

What do you think of the idea of a teen Tadashi potentially going through an emo phase?
I feel like it might have happened, and if it did, it probably didn’t last long. I imagine he would have worn a lot of t-shirts of the bands he would listen to. I’m sure Cass had to scold him a couple times because he’d have his music up too loud and all her customers can hear it from his side of the room. At most, I think he might have put a streak of color in his hair (like a dark shade of green maybe). Cass didn’t really like this, but she didn’t tell him to stop because she knows that teenage years can be difficult and he’s trying to figure out who he is. I imagine the reason this phase would be so short-lived for him was because Hiro didn’t like it and he told him that the Tadashi he’s always known is the best.
