The not so good dinosaur
The tale of David vs Goliath shows that even though David was less imposing than Goliath he managed to take him down, well back in the good old days of the Jurassic period David the turtle met Goliath the Sauropod.
Switzerland wasn’t like the mountainous reagion is it today it was a giant tidal flat which thalassochelydian turtles liked to use as an egg laying ground but unfortunatly Sauropods weren’t the most careful creatures and fossil evidence shows they walked across these vast tidal flats.
while looking at different Turtle Skeletons and sauropod footprints one of the turtles caught the eye of a paleontologist unlike the other fossils it didnt have the same damage, it looked like it was cracked in a way like it was trodden on.
It is unknown if the turtle was alive when it got crush one of the theories is that it was dead and half buried when the sauropod stepped on it, Elephants today are very careful where they walk and sauropods needed to be on 3 legs at once to walk so if they werent careful about where they stepped and injured there foot they could be at a great disadvantage for bredding/eating.

Im really enjoying watching so many cultural things here gudvangen such as Glema fighting, tablet weaving and jewelry making, even making flour by hand, and yes even the little kids games where you throw a knife next to your opponents feet haha.
