غلاف کعبہ 'کسوہ' کی تاریخ کیا ہے؟
گورنر مکہ شہزادہ خالد الفیصل نے سعودی فرمانروا شاہ سلمان کی طرف سے چند روز قبل غلاف کعبہ یعنی 'کسوہ' کو کعبے کے سینیئر متولی صالح بن زین العابدین الشیبی کے حوالے کیا۔ تحریر محمد عمار ارسلان پیغمبر اسلام اور ان کے صحابہ کی سنت پر عمل کرتے ہوئے نو ذی الحج کو غلاف کعبہ (کسوہ) تبدیل کیا جائے گا۔ واضح رہے کہ نویں ہجری میں فتح مکہ کے بعد پیغمبر اسلام نے حجۃ الوداع کے موقعے پر کعبہ پر یمنی کپڑے سے تیار کیا گیا غلاف چڑھایا تھا۔ وقوف عرفہ کے بعد سال میں ایک بار غلاف کعبہ تبدیل کیا جاتا ہے اور اگلے روز عیدالاضحیٰ منائی جاتی ہے۔ دوسری جانب حرمین شریفین کے نگران ادارے نے کسوہ کے نچلے حصے کو تقریباً تین میٹر اوپر اٹھا کر اس جگہ کو سوتی کپڑے سے ڈھانپ دیا ہے جو چاروں اطراف سے دو میٹر کے قریب چوڑا ہے۔ اس اقدام کا مقصد غلاف کعبہ کو صاف اور محفوظ رکھنا ہے۔ وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ غلاف کعبہ کے رنگ میں بھی باقاعدگی سے تبدیلی آتی رہی ہے۔ سینٹر آف مکہ ہسٹری کے ڈائریکٹر ڈاکٹر فواز ال داحس نے عرب نیوز کو بتایا کہ 'ایک بار کعبہ پر سفید، ایک بار سرخ اور ایک بار سیاہ رنگ کا غلاف چڑھایا گیا تھا۔ ہر دور میں غلاف کے رنگ کا انتخاب مالی وسائل کی بنیاد پر کیا گیا۔' قبطی کپڑا مصر سے لایا گیا جو ایک زمانے میں غلاف کعبہ کے لیے بہترین کپڑوں میں سےایک تھا۔ یمنی کسوہ بھی عمدہ کپڑا تھا اور اس وقت بہت مشہور تھا۔ حرمین شریفین کے نگران ادارے نے کسوہ کے نچلے حصے کو تقریباً تین میٹر اوپر اٹھا کر اس جگہ کو سوتی کپڑے سے ڈھانپ دیا ہے جو چاروں اطراف سے دو میٹر کے قریب چوڑا ہے (تصویر: Read the full article
