if the roles were inverted and 8bot was taller, would he let sunny climb on him? would sunny do it/enjoy it? :0

8bot is a soft shell so it would be uncomfortable for Sunny as a hard shell, kinda like a flimsy ride :pp

A touch to his chest, just left of the sternum, and lingered for a while. It seemed Seraphina touched people the way she cast spells ─── with absolute precision and plausible deniability.

Raphael looked down at the hand on him. Looked up at the face attached to it.

“Testing whether a devil has a heartbeat, pet?” He caught her hand before it could retreat, pressed it firmer against the offending organ. “I’m afraid you won’t find one. Had it removed centuries ago, clashed with the décor.” His pulse hammered directly into her palm, making a liar of him. “. . .But do take your time. I’m nothing if not accommodating.”

He held her there one beat longer than comfortable. Two, even. Then released her, finger by finger.

“You could simply ask, you know. I’m told I’m terribly forthcoming.” A smile bloomed ever so quickly, one brow arched. “Especially about things I intend to lie about.”
