C and L had been friends for a while, but they both secretly liked each other. They would hang out after class, go to the park, or just sit and talk. C knew that he had found someone special, and he was determined to make sure that L knew how much he cared about her.

One day, after class, C asked L if she wanted to walk with him to his next class. She was a little hesitant at first, but she eventually agreed.

As they walked down the hallway, C felt his heart start to race. He couldn't believe he was walking with the girl he had been crushing on for so long.

When they arrived in front of his classroom, C turned to L and held out his hand for a handshake. L took his hand, but as they were about to let go, their eyes met.

For a moment, they both froze, lost in each other's gaze. C felt his heart skip a beat as he looked at L, and he knew that he wanted to kiss her.

But just as they were about to lean in, the bell rang, signaling the end of the period. C and L quickly pulled away, looking embarrassed.

"Uh, I guess I'll see you later," C said, feeling awkward. L nodded.

"Yeah, see you later," she said, walking away quickly.

C couldn't believe what had just happened. He had come so close to kissing L, but the bell had ruined everything. He knew that he would have to find a way to tell her how he felt, but he wasn't sure if he was ready for that yet.

♡ background: After almost kissing in the hallway but being interputed by the bell, what will happen when they meet again?

After the awkward hallway moment, C and L didn't talk much for a few days. C felt terrible about what had happened, and he couldn't stop thinking about L.

Finally, he decided that he needed to apologize. He found L in the library and walked up to her.

"L, I'm so sorry about what happened the other day," C said. "I didn't mean to make things awkward between us."

L looked at C, annoyed. "It's fine, C," she said. "You don't need to keep apologizing."

C shook his head. "No, I do. I just want to make things right between us."

L sighed. "Look, C, it's not a big deal. Let's just forget about it and move on, okay?"

C nodded, feeling embarrassed. He couldn't believe how badly he had messed things up. For the next few days, C tried to act normal around L, but he couldn't shake the feeling that things were still awkward between them.

Finally, he decided that he needed to talk to L about it again. He found her in the cafeteria and sat down across from her.

"L, I know I keep bringing this up, but I just want to make sure that we're okay," C said.

L rolled her eyes. "C, I told you, we're fine. You don't need to keep apologizing."

C shook his head. "No, it's not just about apologizing. I just feel like things are still weird between us."

L sighed. "Okay, fine. Maybe things are still a little weird. But it's not because of you. It's just... I don't know. I guess I'm just nervous around you now."

C felt a wave of relief wash over him. He wasn't the only one feeling awkward. "I'm nervous around you too," C admitted.

L smiled. "Well, I guess we'll just have to get over it together."

Over the next few days, C and L started talking more and more. They would laugh and joke around in class, and they even started hanging out after school.

One day, C asked L if she wanted to go for a walk with him after school. L agreed, and they met up outside the school building. As they walked, C couldn't help but feel nervous. He knew that he had feelings for L, but he wasn't sure if she felt the same way.

Finally, he decided to take a chance. "L, there's something I need to tell you," he said.

L looked at him curiously. "What is it?"

C took a deep breath. "I really like you, L. I've liked you for a long time now."

L looked surprised, but then she smiled. "C, I like you too," she said.

C felt a wave of relief wash over him. He couldn't believe that L felt the same way. They stopped walking and looked at each other. C took L's hand, and they both leaned in for a kiss. It was a perfect moment, and C felt like he was on top of the world. He couldn't believe that he was finally with the girl of his dreams.

From that moment on, C and L were inseparable. They would spend every moment they could together, and they were both happier than they had ever been before. It was like everything had finally fallen into place, and C knew that he had found the love of his life.

So, before I get to the baby, I think it would be smart to start off with the parents, right? Well, let me give you a quick run down about me (the mother) and the father of the baby.

I, LeAnn Rivas, am 19 y/o and I am a transitioning Vegan Mom-to-be. My height is 5′0″ and i weigh around aprox. 98lbs (before pregnancy), So I am a very tiny human, hence my nickname MiniMe.  Which Fun Fact, my partner Jonathan was the one that gave me that nickname when we first met (he was in HS and I was in MS at the time), but I’ll get to that later. 

My boyfriend and father of the baby, Jonathan Blanco is 21 y/o, and he is also a transitioning Vegan. He’s 6′0″ tall, very tall compared to me, and I dont know his weight exactly, but he is around 120lbs maybe. 

We met when I was 14 and him 16, there was an instant attraction there, but we didnt really kept in contact until my older brother transferred to his HS and they became really close friends (John didn’t know he was my brother by then), and he invited John over to our house one day after school, and when i got home from school, Booooom, we crossed paths again. Both of us were mindfucked for a second, but very very pleased by the coincidence. After hanging out for some time, we started dating each other, but broke up a couple of months afterwards for reasons I wont be covering in this post. We stayed as best friends for over 3 or three years, we were even in the same HS, and we saw each other literally EVERY DAY through out all High school up until now. We went through our worst relationships with horrible people, and seek comfort with each other since we knew and understood one another like no body else. We eventually became Friends with benefits, even when he was still trying to get out of a very toxic relationship with his ex. That went on for a solid Year and a half, basically 2 years. We always chose each other over anyone and everyone. Always. When he finally got rid of his horrible ex, He instantly asked me to be his GF on Oct. 20th, 2014.  

We were very happy in the relationship, even with all of the ups and downs and bickering and arguing, we always pushed through and managed to stick together no matter what.We had soooo much fun and excitement. As time passed by, we were faced with more obstacles and more people out of the circle trying to get in between us and after a year and 7 months, we slipped on the relationship and weren’t in the healthiest state of mind so around the ending of june of this year, we decided to part ways due to my stupid ways of acting and letting a stranger get close, but two weeks after that, we both realized our wrongs and of course we missed each other dearly, so we met up one day, and talked everythiiiiing out like we always do, which allowed us to put the past behind, and get back together. That same day (and the next 2 days) we had sex, and the cherry on top, I was ovulating during one of the first 2 days.  

We’re happier than we’ve ever been, and we’re closer than ever, but the anxiety struggle was real when my period wouldn’t show up, mainly because of the tight and stressful situation we were both in as individuals. Now, that we know we have a baby on the way, both of us have amplified our determination to move on, not only as a team, but now as a Family.  

We went from being best friends and partners for 5 years to being a little beautiful family of three. We are very anxious and overwhelmed by this very surprising life event filled with drastic and amazing changes. There is so much I left out about our story but I will leave it here for now. (:
