I was speaking with the famous Hidekane smut week admin,

 @space-dementia49 , when I put my idea down that Hide would probably be a power bottom for any and all versions of Kaneki Ken.

It started off with me saying “Also, lets Headcanon for a bit ” 

 My reason for power bottom Hide or topping from the bottom Hide is because...

In a situation where Ken is out of control / lusting after him ,

 Hide could take lead by going down on Ken , without having Ken be the one exhausting his strength.

And I can see that for all versions of deprived Ken or Sasaki , 

Even with Kuroneki , because maybe, he would be too scared to try something like sex with a man , so Hide would probably bottom for him and lead him through it.

This has been a Hidecanon ! You can use this explanation for fics and fanart!
