#hidden heel

When I first saw the Isabel Marant hidden heel shoes I was amazed at how good they actually looked! The shoes do a fantastic job of disguising the wedge inside whilst also giving you discreet height. As I am only 5"2 I decided straight away that I wanted to try these but definitely did not have the money to purchase the beautiful design by Isabel Marant.

Whilst searching the Internet a few months a go I came across River Islands take on the shoe. I immediately fell in love and was soon given them as a gift from my lovely boyfriend. I have been obsessed with crisp white clothing and shoes lately which my boyfriend knew so he kindly purchased the white pair for me. 

I have worn these shoes so many times now (this includes walking far distances and also in the rain!) and they still look in really great condition, as you will see in the pictures below. This is rare for me as I am so clumsy and don't typically own a pair of shoes for very long! You will also notice that the hidden wedge is not visible at all. The quality of these shoes is great and to top it all off, they are made in Italy! This definitely makes you feel like you own something a little more luxurious. 

As the weather is quite hot at the moment I have not been able to get as much wear out of the shoes as before. They are ideal for colder weather as they do an amazing job of keeping your feet nice and cosy. I also love how they are high tops as this provides further warmth to the leg whilst making you look very stylish. The added height also helps you stand taller and straighter making you look more elegant.
