Some armor parts from #warhammer universe ready to painted, we tried #hexflex from @poly.props for the first time and we are really happy on the result. It’s a vinyl base product and gives a nice smooth finish! All ready for painting 😄 The colour swatches were a test to see what paints were best to use for the final touches and then gems & LEDs to be added to the gaps in the fingers and knuckles. Tried to get the smoothest finish before applying paint. I discovered the best way is to gradually build it up by using spray on sealant for the first few layers and then use the brush on, thinned by white spirit. Couple layers of #hexflex were then applied to give it an even smoother texture. Overall I'm happy with end product and can't wait to start painting!
