"Nonsense!" Sidon set his spear against his back and tugged the strange and battered young man back to his feet with such enthusiastic vigor that he nearly lifted him into the air. "No mark of a warrior is truer than those he sustains in battle."

He kept his hand set firm against the man's shoulder, but the moment he was confident he would not collapse again, the verve of the moment took over; he leaned eagerly forward, eyes bright.

"And what a battle it was!"

Zelda could not figure out what it was about the man with the strange arm that seemed so familiar - if she really tried, she could almost see a vision in the very back of her mind, of him with blade in hand, but it made no sense. She'd never met him before, but there was something she felt that made her... uneasy? Apprehensive, to say the least.

But she could not where that feeling was coming from.

The jade coloring was familiar, the dull green glow a comforting light―but it had only raised more questions than answers for her liking. Who had even created such a contraption? Was it even made by her people? It must have been, but if so, it must have been a well-kept secret, one lost to time, until now.

“I―How interesting...” She utters, mostly to herself, too focused to notice to any guests that may have walked in on her examination. “Was Rauru aware of such a thing...?”

Some were surprised by the Gerudo's enthusiasm for dance, but Urbosa learned long ago that Hyruleans - even the friendliest - did not always have an excellent working idea of their culture. She generally let it off the hook, but for Aluhk, it was probably best that the boy have a passing familiarity with the arts.

"We'll have to keep you in the bazaar, but the guards are instructed to keep all who live here safe - if you need to reach me, I'll make sure I hear you before too long."

So many things had been rendered assunder by the calamity, including time itself it seemed like. These visitors from the past were not unprecedented, but in Gerudo mythology they tended to be... Well, Gerudo, and she hadn't had a chance to reach out to the scholars who may be able to tend to things in Hyrule. The plan had been to provide escort to the Royal family and have them review the case, but a suddent sandstorm had haulted all but the most essential patrols. Considering that not even merchants could make it through, Urbosa didn't fancy their chances with an outsider.

@herospledge sent: "I've not seen you here before. Who are you?"

He's been trying to lay low for the last few years since the Princess and her knight had defeated the Calamity. He held to little of his past these days, trying to blend in with the Hylians. He wore their clothes, spoke their language, even joined their Zonai research team.

He had climbed up a large set of ruins that had fallen and was copying down the ancient script found there when he heard another's voice.

@herospledge sent: "too many people rely on me. i can't disappoint them."

Zelda gave a slight frown, recognizing that same sense of responsibility that she had faced long ago - the weight of her whole kingdom on her shoulders, desperate to save everyone from the Calamity, fearing she would fail them all.

@herospledge sent: "you really don't know your effect on people, do you?"

Zelda arched a surprised brow at the words, not quite sure what brought them on. A moment later, she gave a light shake of her head, earrings tinkling with the movement.
