Plot  The portals are finally closed safely, Continuance has been dissolved, and the Hunters are all hiding or dead. But with the registration act finally mandatory, Evos everywhere are riddled with concern. What will the next step be? Are they still free citizens? Will the government start rounding them up like Nathan Petrelli did done once before? These are all questions being thrown around all over the world.

Rebel is in the process of creating an Evo railroad, while Petrelli School and Fortis Group are turning into safe havens for Evos resisting registration. Division between humans and Evos runs as far as the government itself, and the question is, how long will it last until the government completely turns on them? And is there even room for everyone at the school?

Who will stand and fight? Can Fortis and the government come to an agreement or is bloodshed inevitable?

On Dec 8th, 2010, the world changed forever. People woke to discover that everything in the comic books is real and that, the Specials, lived among us. That girl that started it all, Claire Bennet, speaks across the nation and beyond while everyone asks what should be done. Then, Fortis Group is born, rebuilt from the old shadowed company of Primatech, and along with it the Petrelli School for Gifted Individuals.

Now, the year is 2013. The school is marred with failures. Some accidents, conspiracies, and murders have tainted for some its promise of a bright future. Fortis also struggles after encounters with threats new and old. Continuance Consolidated has opened portals to a parallel world ravaged by the highly contagious Shanti Virus; a dangerous anti-Specials group known as The Hunters stalks everyone that exposes their abilities; legislation recommending Specials register their evolved human status passes and the unnerved community waits for it to inevitably become compulsory.

Will the portals be closed before the virus crosses over? Can those with abilities at Petrelli School, Fortis, and beyond survive this persecution? Is the world destined to descend into chaos, or can these paths be reversed?
