The name seems to have just come out of nowhere. That isn't the case, though. Being the creature of the night meant being the night. Slipping in and out as one pleased and becoming one with the dark, it may have been difficult to spot him---them. Morpheus is here, too. Standing in front of the blond.
"Mm, and of royalty at that," he notes. It's not difficult for a king to spot someone of royalty when they stand as the way they do, dress the way they do, and well...WHO would have a Stead like that if not someone from high importance.

Okay, so a lot of us love a good fanfic, right? We read it, put our own names in there, and then praise the authors who hurt us so good.
This challenge changes it up a bit: you’re gonna put yourself in a fic.
That’s right. I said it. Read under the cut for more details!
I originally issued this challenge on my SPN blog to combat some hate that was going around at the time. I’m running another session here to jazz things up and help everyone (myself included) maybe step outside of their comfort zone.
That’s right. I’m gonna participate in this one, too.
Just do the thing that makes you happy. Pair yourself with your favorite TØP boy, be their sibling, whatever you want. Make it fluffy, make it smutty, make it funny, just do you! The YouAU Challenge is just designed for fun. Let’s take off the pressure from being (sometimes) embarrassed about being a fangirl and feeling like we have to update that series or putting out something everybody will love. This is just about you!
Here’s some more details:
1. I am using AU in the title very loosely. If the only part of the AU is that you’re part of their universe, then great!
2. However you go about it, please be respectful of the boys’ families, friends, crew, and other fans. If there’s meanness to this effect, I simply will not include that fic on the final masterlist. This is about fun and positivity!
3. For the purposes of the challenge, please write something new. It can be a one-shot or a new series, whatever you want to do.
4. I will comment with feedback for every entry; if I don’t reply within 36 hours, please feel free to shoot me a message.
5. Send me an ASK to enter - it’s a lot easier for me to keep track of entries that way. You will have until October 5th to post your entry, and you can sign up right up to the deadline, as long as your fic is posted by 11:59:59 CST 5 OCT 2019! If you need extra time though, just lemme know. I’m pretty flexible.
To submit, simply post your fic, and tag me in the post. Make sure you tag the challenge at the bottom using #ks youau wc
Tag/Blacklist: KS YouAU WC.
Seriously frens, this is meant to be something fun with no pressure, and help us all get away from not only the pressures of writing and posting, but from the negativity that too often goes along with being a sappy, daydreaming fangirl.
Have fun! If you have any questions, don’t be afraid to ask! I want everyone to be as comfortable as possible with this challenge.
Tagging for possible interest and signal boosting, but everyone is welcome to participate: @adversaryproject @takenvysleep @faceofcontvsions @sunshineandapplepie @addictoftwentyone @spookyjiimfanfiction @ohfrickfanfic @thewildthingslive @patdsinner33 @apurdyfulmind
In some ways Mira had found that her life had changed since she'd gone to the Order. In big ways it certainly had. And yet, in small ways it felt much the same as it always had. The loneliness for instance, felt much the same as it had before. She continued to keep to herself, trying to find a new routine, to find where she fit. It had got to a point where she'd no longer been able to keep up the ruse with the Death Eaters. The Order agreed it was time for her to be pulled from spying and for her to move. Her stomach had played a large part, no longer able to hide the pregnancy from anyone. Yet only Alara knew who the father was, others had long ago given up trying to draw that information from her. The heartbreak continued to be a constant ache in her chest, even knowing she carried Anthony's child.
Her life had become limited, her time spent either at the hospital or with the Order. She'd debated even going to the fayre, telling herself it would be best to stay home. But she'd been out so little, and there was a small hope that perhaps with such a busy event, very few would pay attention to her. Which is how she'd found herself moving through the crowded streets, unable to help the smile on her lips in such a cheery atmosphere. The dress she wore did little to hide the baby bump, but she tried to reassure herself that no one was staring. Even when it felt as though all eyes were on her.
Spotting a cart of butter beer ice cream, she couldn't help herself as she stopped to get some before finding a bench to settle on. Even as she ate she surveyed her surroundings. She couldn't help but to watch the children as they chased each other around, giggling and playing games. Feeling a kick, she put a hand to her stomach and smiled softly. "Finally a food you approve of then little one?" She spoke to her stomach, her voice quiet yet fond.
