Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated onion. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. 2 ripe avocados, sliced. 2 cups fresh greens lettuce, spinach, arugula. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs such as basil, cilantro, or parsley. 1 tsp lemon juice. 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard.
Instructions: Put breadcrumbs, grated onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add the ground turkey and mix them together. Mix it well, then shape it into 4 burger patties. Warm up a pan or grill on the stove over medium-high heat. The turkey burgers should be cooked all the way through and have grill marks after 5 to 6 minutes on each side. You can also cook them in a pan with a little oil on the stove. Make the creamy herb dressing while the burgers are cooking. Add chopped fresh herbs, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard to a small bowl and mix them together. Put away. When the turkey burgers are done, put the burger buns on the grill or in the toaster for a minute or two to get them brown. Spread a lot of the creamy herb dressing on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together. On top of the dressing on each bun, put a turkey burger patty. Place some avocado slices that are ripe on top of the turkey dog. Add fresh greens on top. To finish the burger, put the top half of the bun on top of the greens. Right away, serve your turkey avocado burgers with your favorite sides. Have fun with your tasty and healthy turkey avocado burgers!
