When you're busy all day
We all have those days where were busy all day long and we don't really have "time" to be healthy. The problem with today's society is that fast is engraved in our brains from the time we are born until the time we die. When we want something, we want it in our hands right this instant, and that isn't how we should be living.
So I am going to talk a little about my schedule and how I keep myself healthy even though I am busy all the time.
In September, when my health was at an all time low, I was working 65 hours a week, going to school full time and eating fast food three times a day every day of the week.
Now I work 50 hours a week, go to school full time and eat fast food once a month.
I do that with the help of food prep, the easy Herbalife shakes and tea, and perseverance.
You have to set goals, then demolish them. Making excuses about not having time is not actually an excuse, you have to make time.
