my opinion on;
character in general: From the moment Lan Fan was on screen I loved her. As flat as people might say she is, she is a lot more than just that. Technically, she gets away with a lot of shit the actual emperor would punish her for but Ling shrugs it off because he understands her better than anyone. Despite all that, she is forever loyal to Ling, even after Greed enters the picture and I’m proud of her for putting up with some of his bullshit in order to keep the young pr- I mean Ling, safe. I could go on forever about Lan Fan like-- mmmmmmmmmmmm bless that loyal bodyguardhow they play them: Lan Fan incarnate. You play her to a freaking T. It’s amazing how much you were able to look into her deeper than the surface and dig out every bit of her. Every word you type in a roleplay, I can see play out in my head and it’s absolutely amazing and blows me away everytime I see even a crack answer to an ask.the mun: A wonderful and understanding person. We don’t talk a lot but out of every conversation, even in the group chat, every time I would see her skype name and “is typing...” beside it, I would lose my shit. overall opinion: mun is a precious human being, her lan fan is just as precious and amazing i swear if i didn’t know better i could swear you had sat down with Himoru Arakawa herself and just talked about lan fan with her for hours <3
