All these opinion open asks, not sure if you're willing to hear an old mate like myself talk. So anyone who doesn't want to hear, RUN!!

But I can definitely see and understand how disheartening the anon in the image must feel. But at the same time more context should be considered about the situation.

Has anon looked into Hen-tie's custom status? was there a formal opening of customs? Because if it says closed, then it is, hands down, closed. (Because imagine going to a store that's not open/temporarily closed and being upset that nobody is attending to you)

Also some emails get filtered if they aren't typed in accordance with a specific note title based on my experience when I commissioned an artist one time. They stressed in their rules that any misspelling or addition of texts get shot into the spam folder. Which may be the reason why they aren't responding to the anon?

Aaaand another thing, it's great to dream and put that to action! But it's even better to be respectful and not name drag the artist down in such a manner when this waiting could've been minimized if anon spoke to Hen-tie again if they have gotten the email? (unless Anon has without a response, then I'm afraid patience and a keen eye on when they do open for customs is the best way to go! because let's face it, artists get busy with other things! I'm sure Hen-tie has a lot going on given to their work being spread out to CS and Vtuber community)

TLDR; consider checking if an artists' commissions are open via their status before noting them. Be respectful and don't name drag them if there were ways to resolve it at the minimal level that you have control of. Normalize empathy.
