You probably don't think about paper when you look at a printed circuit board. But inside almost every aluminum electrolytic capacitor is a tightly wound roll of Electrolytic Capacitor Paper.
At Heming Paper, we manufacture this stuff down to 15 ΞΌm thickness (that's significantly thinner than a human hair). It has to be insanely pureβwater-soluble chlorides must be β€2.0 mg/kg, otherwise, the capacitor will literally fail. We just added 4 new production lines specifically to keep up with the demand from the EV and renewable energy markets.
