End of the day #flexfriday Heres a little insight of my day. I consume around 4000cals a day (I don't normally count calories) but a idea is about that much. 'My macros stand as on a training day Carbs: 500g Protein: 300g Fats: 60g On a non training day I consume a little less as I'm not as active as my training days. Today's workout was the y3t programme on shoulders & calves Total of 7 exercises all a rep range of 8-10 I laksa us warm up and doing abs before I train to get my body warmed up and blood flowing.
