i took a mental health day from work today and it was a GREAT idea, i feel immediately better

#i left early yesterday too cause i felt like UTTER SHIT #i am having a really bad depressive episode right now #i do feel better just being at home today though. thank god #i can't go to brain jail again!!!!!! not during a pandemic anyways!!!!!!!!!!!!!#my shit brain configuration is really something this year #trauma catching up to me now that i'm safe and stable. great thanks #helpful.
