Though it saddens me that someone once so close in your life is so stubbornly hurtful in their choosing to be ignorant or unaacepting of you and/or the world, and how both you and it are different from what they think they know. I want you to know those of us that understand will be waiting with open arms, ask boxes, or DM's to aid you.
Thank you. It’s been really difficult to try and get along with my father as he’s become progressively more conservative / right-wing minded, and he doesn’t seem to understand why his attitude hurts me. I’m lucky to have such caring friends like you.
