A gunslinging vigilante with a calm, stoic disposition and a strong sense of justice. He carries himself with an air of quiet confidence most of the time and speaks in a polite manner. Just beneath that, however, he's standoffish, wary of strangers, takes no shit from anybody, does few favors, and doesn't give his trust to others easily. He's the sort of guy you'd spot leaning against the shadowed back wall of a saloon with his arms crossed over his chest and hat pulled down over his eyes.

Cunning and observant, he's quick to piece together information and often takes notes on people of interest. That said, he can be quite manipulative when nessecary, though he prefers not to and avoids doing so.

At age 15, he was forced to flee his hometown following a conflict that killed his brother and cost Jury an arm. Long story short, all that's left of that town are charred remains.

He spends a lot of time obsessing over negativity for a positive-leaning entity; he firmly believes that people lie at the root of each other's suffering more often than not, and that the best way to keep others happy and safe is to either silence those who do the most harm, or take them out of the picture. He actively hunts down such people.

He still has a positive aura, though. While he's accustomed to navigating negative environments, he needs time to rest and recharge between excursions. On a funnier note, his aura sometimes gets in the way of intimidation attempts, especially if it flares up while upset.

He's constantly on high alert, checking people's words and actions against their emotions. A frightening trick he's learned, however, is utilizing his senses to lock onto targets without actually seeing them; even through thick smoke, his aim is true.

His right 'arm' is actually just an extension of his magic, which flickers out when he's asleep or conserving energy. If asked about what happened to the original, his story changes every time with increasing absurdity. Hand-to-hand combat is ill-advised.

While he does carry around proper bullets as a backup, he forces raw magic through his revolver more often than not-- the rotating barrel allows for the weapon to cool off in between shots. While he doesn't do so often, these shots can also be used to heal at a distance.

Despite his guarded nature, he can be quite friendly once he feels he can trust somebody. Around the rare few he grows close to, he's gentle, protective, and attentive, looking after his companions and going out of his way to assist however he can. He worries about being inadequate at or unable to provide comfort and protection, though, and flusters easily when it comes to receiving genuine praise.

While he doesn't really need to eat, he has a bit of a sweet tooth-- fruity drinks and sugary pastries all the way.

He can be seen either mending his clothing, looking over his notes (mostly an annotated hitlist), or playing solo card games in his downtime.

If the backstory sounds familiar, he's inspired by some of Poor Man's Poison's songs, particularly "Hell's Coming With Me" and "Black Sheep". He also has solar eclipse motifs!
