the best feeling in the world is when you are home alone for like few days and this one day you wake up early, open all the windows, put on some classical music, you prepare your dough and leave it until it rises while you read a book, after few chapters the dough is ready, you roll it with your bare hands, make yourself some bread or rolls and put it in the oven, you clean everything up and continue reading the book with the beautiful smell of your creation... when it's done you eat it and enjoy it and you are just so happy with your life...
