L. What is your favorite fic idea that you don’t think you’ll ever write? I had this idea of a canon divergent fic a while back where Dean gets trapped in purgatory at a really young age and is basically raised by monsters, then escapes with Benny. And back on earth, Sam is still hunting and Cas is his partner (either he’s fallen or has always been human), and the four of them form this little group/family with really weird dynamics. 

Mostly it would’ve focused on Dean reintegrating into society and his growing attraction to Cas that he doesn’t know to be subtle about, and all the tension that would result between the various members of the group. I’m still really into this setup but I haven’t been able to think of what to properly do with it, so it’s been shelved indefinitely.

I vote for all, but especially 4 & 5!

My favorite is definitely squick. People really need to start using that word again. Idk about least favorite, I'd have to think about it for awhile :p

Fics written like a script, if only because that was a good way to learn to write dialogue. And also the author arguing with the characters at A/N! Fun times.

"Anything you can do" is one of my favorite fics of yours and I'm so excited if it'll get the final chapter, so I'm cheering for you!

I think most of us feel that sort of urge to correct mistakes when it's about our culture/special knowledge. I know I read any post with Finnish on it extra carefully, and only whine about mistakes in replies because people rarely care about them. :p Also I didn't know old Norse is so closely related to Icelandic that you can understand it, that's so cool!

the struggles of your culture being relatively obscure! 

and yeah, it’s kinda like shakespearean english is to modern english speakers. the vocabulary is a little bit different and it takes some effort to get used to reading it but it doesn’t feel like a completely different language.

i have no idea apart from holly horseley's stories were Brilliant

I think the same logic applies, though I’ve no proof of that. I’ve always figured it applies to all urls, main or sideblog: once someone deletes a blog, the url is free to use again.
