I had to turn this black and white so how blotchy red my face was didn’t alarm you. But can we take a moment to discuss how gleeful my trainer’s face is at how miserably worn out I am? This was only about halfway thru our workout. Keenan is awesome. And I hate him. And I told him that no fewer than 15 times just today.
