Heidern: A keeper at it's finest. Though, I do wonder what sort of vase it was that in the first place.

Saisyuu: (Lazily Fling his Hand Down) Ehh it was a one of those thousand year old antiques or something, I dunno. But enough about that, let's talk about you! I bet you've been super busy these days.

Heidern: ('Sigh') That might as well be an understatement of the year at this rate, considering that's how long my team and I been searching for Leona's father.....

Saisyuu: Damn. You still have no leads?

Heidern: (Shakes his Head a Bit) Afraid not. Every time we found a lead on him, his radar would find some way to bring us to a dead end. It's starting to get frustrating at thos rate.

Saisyuu: (Grabs his Chin While Thinking) So he got you playing a game of cat & mouse the whole time, eh?.....Maybe he's too ashamed of being a part of the Hakkeshu that he doesn't want to be discovered right now.

Heidern: That does seem like a fair possibility. I just hope this doesn't lead to anything more dire down the line. (Looks Down at his Cup, Staring at a Somber Reflection of Himself).The last thing I want is for Leona to have to encounter even more heart break and tragedies in her life......

Saisyuu: (Gives his Old Friend a Reassuring Smile on his Face) You've raised that young lady to be as brave and strong-willed as you are over the years. I'm certain her and her team'll get through that revelation whenever the time calls for it, you know? (Takes Another Sip of his Tea Before Smirking at Heidern) Unless you wanna be the type of dad that worries over their little princesses 24/7~

Heidern: (Let's Out a Single Chuckle) Please. We both know I'm far too professional for that type of nonsense. (Takes Another Sip of his Tea Before Smiling Softly) I'm more happy in seeing her become more expressive these days and I have Shingo to thank for that. He managed to put a smile on her face more times than I could count.

Saisyuu: (Puts on a More Proud Grin on his Face) That's my star pupil for ya! His good nature attitude is big enough to make even the most harshest of folks smile, even a stubborn old coot like me.

Heidern: Finally admitting your old age I see.

Saisyuu: (Shrugs) Hey, when get to spend your days training two of your boys and lounging around in the comforts of your own home, like I did, you tend to develop a few details about yourself that you have no choice but to accept, no matter how much you hate doing so. (Takes Another Sip of his Tea)

Heidern: (Simply Nodded in Agreement) Make sense. Speaking of whom, how's Kyo been doing of late?

Saisyuu: Fine. He's still the same stubborn, hot-headed brat as he always been.

Heidern: (Smirks Again) Like his own father in front of me?

Saisyuu: (Rolls his Eyes Again) Oh har-har. At least I have more common sense than he does.

Heidern: (Shrugs) Offsprings tends to inherent many traits from their parents as they grow up. So I believe the stubbornness you had years prior, has successfully managed to rub off on him since the very start of his childhood.

Saisyuu: Agree to Disagree. (Forms a Bit of a Cocky Like Grin) I'm just happy that he's not a consent pain in my neck and back anymore. He's Chizuru and Yagami's problem now! (Let's Out a Hardy Laugh)

Heidern: So that rumors of those three in a romantic relationship are true after all....

Saisyuu: Yep! Believe me, it surprised the hell outta me when he first told me, but it didn't take too long for Shizuka and I to support them completely. Now, I know what you're thinking: "Saisyuu, my old, wise and very cool-headed friend!"

Heidern: (Rolls his Eyes a Bit) Don't forget delusional......

Saisyuu: "How could you possibly be okay with your own son dating a kid from your enemy clan?" Two reasons: One, their rivalry. They can fight and say how much they wanna burn one other to high heavens as much as they want, but I knew their relationship would start developing more as time continues passes and I was right on the money.

Heidern: I see. So what's the second reason?

Saisyuu: I'm gettin' to it. The second is Yagami himself. He may seem like a cold, ruthless loner out on the surface, but I know that really, really, and I mean REALLY deep down, that he has an ounce of good soul within despite all the inner turmoil Orochi, his two hench-ladies, and even his lineage had put him through over the years. So, I'm hoping that maybe with the love and support my son and Chizuru are giving him now, it could help make life a lot better for him down the road, you know?

Heidern: (Starts Nodding to Saisyuu's Words) Hm. That's very thoughtful of you to say, Saisyuu.

Saisyuu: ('Heh') Of course it is! I'mma nice guy! Seeing my boy happy with two of the Sacred Treasures is all the only thing I need in this crazy world. That and being a future grandpa.

Heidern: What? So you can spoil your own grandchildren?

Saisyuu: (Casually Points at Heidern) Ding-Ding. My pop-pop, bless his soul, did the same for my kid, it's a beautiful thing! Surely, you thought about being one yourself, right? (Takes Yet Another Sip of his Tea)

Heidern: I'd be lying if say the thought never occurred in my mind once. But it's too early for that now. Just like it's too early for my own daughter to propose to your student-

Saisyuu sudden spits his drink out to the side for a few seconds before turning back to Heidern with a very shock look on his face.

Saisyuu: She did WHAT to Shingo!?

Shizuka: (In the Kitchen) Saisyuuuuu! You better not be making a mess out there.

Saisyuu: (Eyes Widened in Horror at the Tea He Spitted Out on the Floor) Crap!

Shizuka: What was that!?

Saisyuu: Uhh- (Calls Out to his Wife with a Very Awkward Smile on his Face) D-D-Don't you go fretting in that kitchen, dear! I'm keeping our lovely living room nice and clean as we speak! (Chuckles Lightly Before Whispering to Heidern) Grab me that towel! Quickly! (Continues to Chuckle While Pointing Heidern to the Small Towel Sitting on the Table Beside his Shoulder)

Heidern: (Gives Saisyuu a Blank Look While Handing him the Towel)

Shizuka: ('Sigh') Okay, if you insist. The cookies will be done baking in a fthe next thirty minutes!~

Saisyuu: (Quickly Uses the Towel to Clean the Tea Up onnthe Floor) Ha-ha! I can't wait! (Groans and Glares Down on the Floor) Curse my random spitting! (Turns Back to Heidern) You're telling me your own daughter was bold enough to propose to our Shingo at one point!?

Heidern: Yes.....Well, sort of. It all happened back when we took her to the dentist. She detested it so much that we had to give her laughing gas to help calm her down. Silliness ensures to the point that she eventually proposed to Shingo, as a bit of a prank.

Saisyuu: Ah. That makes sense. (Smirks Teasingly) Bet that made you real glad there, huh?

Heidern: ('Sighs in a Bit of Relief') In a sense. I have no doubt that those two will have a wonderful married life someday. But I don't want either of them to get to it right now, not when they still have a lot to look forward to in life.

Saisyuu: (Nods in Agreement) Very true. I'm sure they agreed with you there, so....(Takes a Look Inside his Now Empty Cup)

Heidern: Yeah. I hope so at least. I have a question to ask. It involves Shingo.

Saisyuu: Shoot. (Sticks his Tongue Out as He Wait For a Single Drop of Tear to Slide Down on It)

Heidern: Do you truly believe he could develop his own flames one day? I understand that you believe him more than anyone of his peers, but you know as well as I do that he's not a Kusanagi by blood.

Saisyuu: ('Hmph') Of course I believe in him! What kind mentor would i be if i didn't?

Heidern: A foolish one maybe?

Saisyuu: You goddamn right and I ain't gonna stop now, especially now that I've seen how much of a brave, strong-willed, and hardworking young man he's shaping himself up to be. The road he set himself on might be long and tough, but as long as he still have that might and that fighting spirit within in his heart, he'll have that those blue flames engulfed in his fists in no time flat.

Heidern: (Raises an Eyebrow in a Bit of Confusion) Blue?

Saisyuu: (Simply Shrugs) Yeah, I figured he deserve a bit of originality in the color development. It suits him.

Heidern: (Stares at Saisyuu For a Brief Second Before Smiling a Bit as Well) ('Hmph') Very well. It seems I'll have to believe in him as well.

Saisyuu: (Starts Smirking Proudly) Ahhh is that right?~ Are my motivating words moved you in any way?

Heidern: More or less. I just admire the care abd commitment you put into mentoring that boy. (Shrugs as Well) Plus, he's gonna be my son-in-law in the future, so I might as well cheer him on in the background with you.

Saisyuu: (Let's Out Another Hardy Laugh) Hahaa! That's the spirit. (Raises his Cup Up) Cheese to our kids and new generation!

Heidern: .....Did you forget your cup is still empty?

Saisyuu: (Gives Heidern a Deadpinned Look on his Face) Just join me on this cheering thing already, will ya?

Heidern: Alright. (Raoses his Cup Up as Well) Cheers.

And so, the two father figures clings their cups together, performing the Cheers of the making.

Meanwhile Back in Southtown's Gym..........

Shingo: (Takes a Very Deep Breath) Stay calm. You can do this, Shingo. (Gets into Fighting Position) Get yourself into ready position annnnnnnd......(Slowly Winds his Fist to the Side Before Performing-) Doku-GAMI!

With a powerful right hook, Shingo manages to push the punching bag back a few inches before rushing himself over there. He takes one very close look at the very spot he punched the bag at....only to let out a heavy sounding sigh when there's no sign corch marks to be seen.

Leona: (Sitting on the Bench The Whole Time) Did you find any scroch marks?

Shingo: ('Sighs in Utter Defeat') Nooo....There's none whatsoever.....

Leona: (Frowns a Bit) Oh.

Shingo: I just don't get it. (Slowly Walks Back to the Bench) I didbthe positioning right, the form is near perfection, how could I STILL not develop a spark after that!? (Sighs Once More Before Sitting Himself Down Next to his Girlfriend) I might as well save both of us the trouble and give up at this point.....

Leona: (Gives Shongo a Firm, Yet Caring Glare on her Face) Shingo, I know full and well that you don't mean that by heart. Even then, I won't allow that to happen on my watch, got it?

Shingo: (Quickly Salutes to Leona) Yes, ma'am! Won't happen again, ma'am!! (Eases Himself Before Sighing Again) Sorry. I've been at this for months now and not a single progress has been made. (Looks Down at his Hands a Bit Somberly) It's like I'm back in square one all over again.......

Leona: (Gently Grabs Hold of One of Shingo's Hands) Hey, that's nothing for you to feel discouraged about.

Shingo: (Turns to Leona) You sure? Cause I think it'll might get contagious if you get close. (Forms a Small Smile)

Leona: (Giggles Softly at his Boyfriend's Sense of Humor) Yes, I'm more than sure, you big goof!~ It just means you gotta work harder next time. You may not be a Kusanagi, but I can tell that your heart and soul has been blazing with passion and dedication with every bit of force you make in your techniques and movements. And as long as you still have that, I have faith that you'll have sparks coming out of those fists of your more frequently one day. It just takes more time.

Shingo: (Starts Nodding to Leona's Words od Encouragement) Yeah......What was I thinking seconds ago? I came way too far just throw in the towel now! (Puts on a More Determined Smile on his Face) Gotta keep my head up in the game and work harder like you said, spark or not!

Leona: (Simply Nodded in a Proud Manner) That's the spirit I was looking for. I'll still do whatever i can and support every step of the way, so don't you ever think about quitting on me again, okay?

Shingo: (Salutes to Leona Again) Yes, ma'am! (Chuckles a Bit Ticklishly Once He Felt Leona's Thumbs Rubning Up on his Hand) You really like holding my hand a lot, huh Leona-san?

Leona: (Smiles Softly) I can't help it~ Your hands are are as strong and firm as any solid wall when packing a punch and yet- (Softly Squeezes Shingo's Hand) It's far too soft and gentle for me to let go~ (Starts Kissing the Top of Shingo's Hand)

Shingo: (Chuckles Some More While his Heart Begins to Meltl Awww~ You always know how to say the sweetest in great detail~ Though, now that you mentioned it, i think you and my hands have something in common

Leona: (Ceases her Kissing Before Looking Up.at Shingo) Is that so?

Shingo: (Happily Nodded) Mmhm. You're strong and tough on the outside, but very sweet, gentle, and lovable on the inside, whenever you want to be that is.

Leona: (Heart Begins to Melt in Genuine Happiness) I would've never be the way that I am now if it weren't for you loving me~

Shingo: Hm. Good to know. Cause I don't plan on stopping anytime soon~

Leona: Neither will i~

The couple leans closer to kiss and make out with one another on the lips, with Leona's hands now cupping both of Shingo's cheeks in the process.

Leona: (Pulss Away For A Second Before Giggling) Goodness, darling!~ (Forms a Bit of a Seductive Smirk) Is it me or has your kissing gradually gotten a lot more sensual these days?~ (Wemt Back to Kissing Shingo For a Bit)

Shingo: (Pulls Away For a Second Before Smiling Sheepishly) Well, being madly in love with a pretty lady such yourself can do that to a guy like me. (Let's Out a Single Chuckle) But really though, is it weird to say I don't feel like training anymore for the rest of day?

Leona: No, I don't think so. The feelings very mutual. (Puts on a Cute Smile on her Face) Only difference is that I'm in desperate need of a cuddle, if you be so kindly- Woah! (Suddenly Gets Picked Up into Shingo's Arm While He Was Standing a Few Seconds Ago)

Shingo: (Smiles Brightly) It's a date!~ Permission to carry you all the way back to my place for the rest of the evening?~

Leona: (Gives Shingo a Very Loving Kiss om the Cheek) Permission granted, Shingo-Kun~
