There was a slight smile on his lips as he turned to look at her. Beautiful and confident, it was like she demanded to be seen with every step she took towards him, “oh no it’s only been about five minutes” the blonde responded calmly as his crimson eyes took in the sights that were her form.

“My name is Dio Brando, I quite enjoyed your performance earlier, it was breathtaking. I was overjoyed with the news that I would get to meet such a skilled performer~” his voice deep and soothing. “Please make yourself comfortable, I’m sure you’ve been on your feet for way too long so take a seat.” He studied her body language as she moved, it was enough to see she was no ordinary show girl, she knew what she was going and he found that very captivating.

If there was one thing sinners in Hell knew about Valentino, it was that he wasn't a patient fucker, and he sure as shit wasn't nice. The tedious handover of power Vox's little empire dumped right in his lap had been nothing short of a goddamn migraine. Valentino adjusted his heart-shaped shades with a flick of his claws; without them, he'd be half-blind in this tacky ass lighting. Every single VoxTek employee's name was getting scrubbed and replaced soon enough something to weave in Velvette and himself properly. Whatever your shitty little job was, it was probably staying the same. You'd still be slaving away at the same crap Vox had you doing. The only real difference? Who you'd be reporting to now.

Hence why Valentino was this fucking frustrated.

He dragged a clawed hand down his face, slumping back in what used to be Vox's chair now his, after a quick remodel because who the hell could stand all that shark-themed garbage everywhere? He'd get around to sorting the rest eventually... or maybe just dump it on some poor bastard like Ethan to handle. For now, though, he only gave a shit about the important players the sinners pulling in the real cash for him.

So he reached out to contact Vox's little spy kitty. (Not to be confused with his own robotic maid slash combat bitch of the same fucking name.)

He hadn't dealt with her much directly, but he'd seen her slinking around, and they'd exchanged a few words here and there. She had to be good at her job, right? Otherwise, why the hell would Vox keep her on the payroll? Valentino hoped so, anyway. Vox loved keeping watch on everything and everyone who mattered in this shithole, and that wasn't changing just because the boss seat had a new ass in it.

“Mhm,” he answered, nodding. There was a bit of a rumble in his hummed reply, but it wasn’t an accident. “That is right, darlin’.”

Charlie did admire Kitty’s legs for a second or two, but after that, his chocolate-colored eyes flicked back up to meet her deep blue ones. He’d wanted to trace a claw across her pristine white fur, but he didn’t.

“Well, y’know somethin’? I think the messier parts of ourselves are the better ones, sometimes- don’t you think?”

The canine’s ears unconsciously lowered a little in his relaxed state, and he went on: “You strike me as the type a’ lady who can, without a single doubt, hold her own in an argument, for starters. Maybe you’ve been through some things you wouldn’t get into outright… but that’s just one thing we got in common.”

Big pupils and half-lidded eyes stayed on Kitty, the tip of his tail wiggling in the start of a full wag.

Charlie stood up, reluctantly turning his gaze towards the door. “If ya ain’t too busy here tonight… it would sure be nice of ya ‘ta come with me, maybe sit around outside for a while… countin’ the stars, or whatever it is people do outside after dark.”

He winked. “Aside from the obvious.”

Ratigan's arms tightened around her, one hand could practically wrap around her whole body and every inch of it was his. SHE was his, he would not allow anyone else to treat her like this, to kiss her, adore her. Not as he did.

His lips were gentle and soft at first, but passionate and needy and soon, it began to give way to desperation and he pressed against her further, one hand going to her cheek now, tilting her head to deepen the kiss. Hungry, practically starving for her affection.

"Kitty..." He breathed, giving a moments breath between them before going in again. His other hand reached over to finger the door knob to her room, opening it and clumbsily guiding the pair of them into it. He turned her to close the door behind them, pressing her against the door as he finally released her lips and instead went to kiss her neck and collar.

Here he was, newly fixed ocean--they had an ocean again, and sea-life! The world was starting to heal, but he still had work to do, before he could open up his school and learn and teach, he wanted to bring back other things, so he went to the fae wild to ask the fairies for help.

"There you are human, look you have mama's powers, there's this annoying thing that looks like you around."

The fairy threw a tantrum, annoying thing that looked like him...Lewis? No they actually liked Lewis, his clone? No he's gone, a hand to his chin he'd compile as much information in his mind as possible.

"I...wanted to bring back some extinct animals...and forest, will you give me free wishes; if I move them out this part of the wilds?" A smirk a bit of a trick but still he'd do his part to get this threat out whatever it was, probably a summoner from the fae wilds. "What...or who is the prob-"

"HER!" The fairy cut him him to point out a woman...WAIT that woman is flat as paper!!
