You took the plate of cookies that sat on the counter into your hands and offered it to Loki.

“Here you go.” You said happily.

He carefully took one, still a bit uneasy if you were trying to play some trick on him, but he saw you had no intentions to do so. He took a bit of the sweet treat, it was quite delicious.

“I won’t lie to you, these actually taste pretty decent .” Loki stated as he continued to finish up the cookie he was eating.

You motioned for him to come sit down on the beanbag you were sitting on since it had enough room for both of you. Once he took his place, you both sat quietly reading you book, though Loki glanced at you every once and a while. Seeing you so content and peaceful made him somewhat happy.

As time passed on, you slowly began to become more tired and just needed a nap. Before you even could realize, you had fallen asleep, your head leaning on Loki’s shoulder.

When Loki felt your head on him, he looked down in confusion until he saw your eyes shit closed, and a soft smile on your face as you slept. He didn’t dare move, not wanting to wake you.

About a half an hour later Thor arrived back to get Loki.

“Lady Y/N! Loki! I have returned!” He yelled out through the tower. “Hello!?” He called out again.

“Well I must be on my way with him unfortunately. I’ll see you soon though!” Thor said as started to walk out of the room, Loki trailing behind him. “Alright Y/N, have fun with that.” She said walking off. You took a deep breath as you looked around, looking around for each of your team mates.

One by one, you asked each of them how they would try to get the attention of someone they were interested in.

Bruce said to smile often at the person, and show them your sweet side.

A/N: I love this idea!! After Loki took in the little baby after the battle, he instantly fell in love with her and would do anything for her!

Loki leaned on a the side of a wall as he caught his breath. The battle was over, and he could return back to the tower to rest again. He took a deep breath before standing up straight again, getting himself ready for the return back. That was until he heard a cry come from a short distance of where he was standing. His brows furrowed before turning in the direction where he heard the sound. Laying on the ground in a blanket was a small Midgardian baby, desperatefor help and scared. He inhaled sharply looking around, trying to see if there was anyone else around, that this baby could have belonged to, but there was no use. He knew he had two options. To help the child, or to let the child die here alone. He bit his lip, before carefully picking up the infant and started heading to the meeting spot everyone else was at. How was he going to explain why he had a baby to the team, he didn’t know. But he knew one thing for sure. He was make sure this child would be raised properly and taken care of, even if he had to do it himself.

~A few years later~

“Maria, sweetheart what is the matter?” Loki’s confused voice questioned the three year old that sat in front of him pouting. “I’m hungry.” The toddler stated pointing at her tummy. Soon enough, chef Loki was ready to start baking.
