Heavy Sleeper Akiren!

Akiren naturally being a very deep sleeper, like, ridiculously deep sleeper!

Plus, exhausting activities such as Studying, Exploring Mementos and Palaces, and the post traumatic stress of the Probation probably doesn't help.

But like, this poor kid won't wake up for shit. Only very specific things wake him.

Sojiro almost has a heart attack when Akiren doesn't come downstairs for breakfast and school so he goes to check on him only to see he's still asleep. HOLY SHIT, DID THE KID DIE IN HIS SLEEP?!

After confirming Akiren luckily still has a heartbeat and pulse, he calms down a bit. After a couple more incidents Sojiro realizes this is just like Futaba.

Morgana tries to wake Akiren by telling him to wake up, pawing him, which then turns to paws with the danger knives, yowling in his ear, biting him.

After all those fail, Morgana gets worried and contacts Ryuji and Ann..

And by contact, I mean Morgana tries to text them but paws aren't very reliable for texting so the message just comes out as a slew of gibberish and autocorrect.

Ann and Ryuji are very confused at first, but quickly realize it's Morgana, and once asking if Akiren can text instead and not getting legible responses, they decide to come over.

Then THEY have mini heart attacks, HE'S STILL ASLEEP? IS HE DEAD? QUICK CHECK FOR A HEARTBEAT.

"I hear something! He's still alive!"

"THEN WHAT IF HE'S IN A COMA?!"

The Apocalypse could be happening outside, and Akiren won't even stir, that's how deep this kid sleeps.

But there's one thing that seems to wake him....

An alarm clock....

You can blow an air horn in his ear, shake him, slap him, and he won't even budge.

But when that alarm clock goes off----

Akiren opens his eyes, slowly sits up and stretches "Oh, is it morning already?"
