#heatstroke?

Ulcer? The white-hot is down in the Gut Area?? I maybe 2 years ago had a MegaFever (UltraFever, really??! But my own white-hot was in the Head/Neck/UpperBody) that lasted I think over a week. I couldn't believe how STUBBORN it was & wouldn't go away. Dad kept bringing me Tall Glasses Of Ice Water, & I kept Showering for long periods; I couldn't believe how BULLHEADED this thing was. I guess I overworked myself outside one hotass day…🥵😵‍💫😵#CloseToDeath???

Im at pride and i regrettably wore a binder. Regrettably because its 88°F out today and there is very little shade. I legit had to beg a lady to get me water and lemonade because i had to wait in line in the sun for over 30 minutes straight for the food stand and was about to pass out by the time I got to the front and they weren't serving me and kept trying to serve the people on either side of me and i legit had to sit down on the concrete in front of the booth while she got it for me. Then I started shaking when I had to stand up to get out of the way after she got me some lemonade and water and told me I could move to the slightly shadier area next to the booth and she would just bring me the rest of what I needed. Its not going great

I’m probably being way over dramatic but I’ve just been really scared to do anything remotely outdoorsy. I don’t want to ride my bike, walk to the store, go hiking, none of it. I’ve just really scared myself and I just want to go to the doctor so that I know I’m okay. I don’t ever want to go through that again.
