So, the start of my winter gym routine started today....with Sunday workouts. I promised myself (and Blaine) that as long as I was dropping him off at Walmart on Sundays, I would hit @afjamestownnd and do "at least a mile" of cardio. And "IF" I felt like doing more, I would. If not..welll at least I did something (which is better than nothing!). I came up with this lovely wake up routine. And look Kristen...it even had burpees..."just for fun!" The LEAN program with @amandanighbertrd has taught me the importance of planning and food prep. When I'm rushing in to the house and have no idea what I'm making for supper, it's far too easy to make poor choices or go with what is easy versus healthy. So Sunday is my food prep day.....today I roasted vegetables (zucchini and peppers), made a crockpot of porkloin taco soup, roasted chicken tenders, boiled eggs, and put a sweet potato in to bake too.
