As of this morning Im at 273. Which makes 26 pounds down from January and 135 down in total!! I happy as hell and cant wait to see 220 on the scale!

Guess who just joined the Y?! I've been wanting a little more than my basic gym membership at Planet Fitness for a while and the Y has so many great offerings! I'm most excited about the pool 🏊 and the indoor track 🏃‍♀️Before committing to the change, I kept a record of what time I went to the gym to really see how much I needed 24/7 access. It turns out, I don't need gym access after like 8pm. The only days that I can't go to the Y at the same time as I went to the gym is Sunday mornings. But there's plenty of non-facility fitness I can do and I can always sleep in and go after the Y opens. 😉Anyhow, I'm really excited for this change!
