My poor Raven can only peek out, nowadays. 😒 Looking like it might be that way for the next few weeks, too. I know you’re not supposed to self diagnose, but: 1. I did NOT use WebMD (I didn’t want to get cancer) 2. I’ve spent many years and dollars studying anatomy & physiology and bone & muscle specific courses so I’d like to think I’m a wee bit more knowledgeable on this topic than the average person. 🤓 Having said that, I’m about 99% sure I have Posterior Tibial Tendonitis. 😖 As for which Stage of it, hopefully just 1. But this means a few weeks of no running. Boooooo.
