Shrimp with chili sauce (prose, cooking)
Peel the shells off of large shrimp and coat them in potato starch. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the shrimp, and fry until the potato starch turns brown. Add chopped green onions and shrimp with chili sauce, heat a little, and it's done. Save the headshells for another dish later.

エビチリソース(prose, cooking)
大きめのエビの殻を剥き、片栗粉をまぶす。フライパンにオリーブオイルを熱し、エビを入れ、片栗粉が色付くくらい炒める。ネギのみじん切りとエビチリソースを入れて少々加熱して完成。殻はあとで別の料理に使う。
