compared to the dance workshop hwan has enrolled himself into, the producing workshop is a bit more lax. of course, he's thankful that he was able to get the assistant role and the opportunity to produce a demo โ a skill and talent that he has worked hard on over the years and was very glad to show and prove his worth. hwan really thought to himself that if never gets to debut, as sad as it sound but something that has yet to be a reality, he would not really have minded in composing or producing for anyone. perhaps a few years down the line, hwan would have really settled down in ways where he could still shine. just not where the stage is, as much as he craves for it.
there isn't as much people in this workshop compared to the ones he has seen and participated in the dance workshop but hwan thinks it might have been great because they get assigned to a 'buddy' where the assistant could go more in-depth in teaching about the production side and focus on not only answering any questions, but as well as to get input from their buddies for the demos they are working on.
what are the odds truly when he finds himself being assigned to work along side ayaka, a talented trainee that he has recently got himself acquainted with.
"what are the odds really? i'm starting to think that we are indeed trainee soulmates" hwan laughs as he scoot his seat over for ayaka, eyes tearing away from the screen where he has wrote out one-fourth of the demo he's tasked to work on.
"guess you're my buddy, huh? do you want to listen to this- i actually have two working demos and could do with what you think is better?" he asks, ready to play the the two different demos he has worked on. "it's just a draft really, so this is where you come in, to help work and learn how to make the base line, top line, deciding which instrumentals is good, and eventually song writing if we get to it."
