3. The Bullies. I have made 2 separate posts explaining this already in extensive detail here and here, but in short, Chance and Andy shouldn't be students at Hawkins High anymore, (even if they got held back a year due to the "earthquake" because it has been almost 2 years already), and yet they are seen also graduating with them in 1989 when they were originally class of 1986.

4. The Hallway Echo. This was the post I mentioned that inspired me to make this list! But yeah, that second echo? First off, doesn't really make sense for a school hallway, even an empty one. But also, I wanted to add, that the Foley choice for this scene when we take the echo into consideration, is interesting. Because if that echo truly was there in that hallway, surely, the door that closed shut with a heavy thud would have an echo as well, to some extent, would it not? It would not have such a dry and compact sound when closing. Even Mike's footsteps as he heavily walks down the hall with a purpose feel a bit off-sounding considering his voice carried so far out in the space. Every other sound besides when he yells "Holly" is super dry and controlled.

5. Mirroring in Costumes. There have been multiple posts (I think) on this, but two of the main pointed out things are specifically on Mike/Will. Swapped watches that are usually on their opposite wrists in every other season, and then this post explains how Mike is randomly left-handed when holding his backpack even though he seems to usually hold it right-handed.

6. Finding Jane. If the Military/lab wanted to find Jane, they would have eventually checked the junkyard, no? They have been found there before from other "bad guys" looking for them, so her training there in broad daylight doesn't seem to make much sense.

7. The Radio Tower Ladder. They climb that radio tower without any netting or wiring to protect them in both Hawkins and the UD, and not one single injury or casualty. Right

8. The Curious Case of the UD Military Base. If the Military is literally working in the Upside Down (they literally have an entire base with a greenhouse in the UD) then why does it seem like no monsters ever try to infiltrate and attack them? All they have are Military equipment and a barely tall enough metal fence to protect it from interdimensional creatures. An not only that, but they are cutting open, dissecting, and essentially torturing what seems to be living or at least breathing parts of the UD. If it is all connected to the hivemind, would this not alert Vecna and the monsters??

9. The Mystery "Imaginary Friend". They know Vecna/Henry can invade your mind, that is literally his most heavily used power of choice to kill people throughout all of S4. None of them, for a second think that her "imaginary friend" that she sees at school and talks to is possibly real until Karen literally writes out " H E N R Y" out on paper to them like 2 episodes later!! Okay.

9. Dustin's Cemetery Fight. This is technically the first episode but it extends into the whole season. The time that any character takes the most damage out of the party (not including Kali or Hopper obv) is Dustin. When he gets beat up by high school jocks. Not the most powerful "wizard" or the 500 foot tall interdimensional spider-like creature. Cool

10. Holly's Age Being Discussed. This I am including some pictures to explain. Karen and Ted have a fight because they were discussing Holly having an imaginary friend, and Ted doesn't know Holly's age.

But the thing is, neither do the writers, apparently. Because in S1, they tell us that Holly is only 3 years old.

So if she is 3 in 1983, that would make her only 7 in 1987, which is when S5 is taking place. Yet, in the released S5 scripts, Holly's age is revealed to be 10 years old. (I don't have a link but you can find the photo under the conformitygate tag if you scroll enough lol, sorry).

11. Will Hits His Head. Will taps into the demo-vision through the hivemind and then collapses and smacks his head on concrete, and then he is fine.
