After finding out Frostie is Matt, I don't feel safe on here anymore.
ok. here’s my two cents, for whatever they’re worth.
here we sit. once again. and quite honestly, the game of ‘is he/isn’t he’ is exhausting enough in and of itself. stressful enough, for anyone who has dealt with the fucker. i’m so tired.
i’m not here to point hard and fast fingers. if he is, or if he isn’t, for me, is a moot point. because i’ve been uncomfortable for weeks. and i did the only thing that was reasonable for me to do- i told people i care about. ‘i have nothing to say this is or isn’t the person in question, but i’ve been made uncomfortable, please be cautious- and know that if you also feel uncomfortable, understand you’re not alone, and are within your rights to cease contact.’ period.
i can’t reach everyone. i don’t talk to everyone. i did what i could with what i had. and if this is actually a case of mistaken identity, all i have to say is that i’m not sorry? that i expressed concern to people? because i’m PROUD of our community protecting itself. i’m not sorry, because ONCE AGAIN, i was made to feel unsettled and paranoid. is he or isn’t he isn’t the point. the point is my experience is the same as others, and we’re not being silent about it. if h.ash forced us to learn ANYTHING, it’s that we will not be silent. we can’t be silent. and if we’re not silent, if we talk to each other, if we protect each other when things feel WRONG or OFF or UNSETTLING, then we’re doing RIGHT BY OURSELVES.
i’m not sorry. regardless. because if my speaking to people spared someone, even one person, being in the position i have found myself in, not just with our resident creep, but in my personal life, in my own personal 7 years of hell- something i am happy to discuss if it will help others- then I DID SOMETHING GOOD.
protect your friends. this isn’t i don’t like the way you format, or i don’t like your graphics. it’s a matter of actual safety. please don’t forget that.
