I really wish Park Shin Hye would choose a better drama, sth that will make her grow as an actor and sth that’s out of the box...
I’ve liked Park Shin Hye since HeartStrings and have loved her in Flower Boy Next Door but in everything else it feels like she’s played the same roles, maybe except in Doctors. So when I first heard about Memories of the Alhambra, I was ecstatic and hopeful that maybe finally she’d chosen some quality work that’d be new and fresh... alas, from the very first episode I could tell it is still another mediocre, shallow character in flashy drama...
I’m disappointed that she’s still choosing the same type of character after all these years. I love her so I’m frustrated that she’s not growing as an actor or that the roles she pick up are same old same old,,, boring... Aghhh
