So I can't draw anymore, but I sketched something I thought I may as well post because... content for these two specifically is pretty lacking! I even tried to digitize it. Tried. Anyway, enjoy some Usagi and Haruka!
I looked back at my earliest shipper beginnings and was baffled to realize that I have... kind of come full-circle and am still deeply invested in the exact same types of ships, even fifteen years and many fandoms later.
My earliest instance of really shipping was femslash in Sailor Moon. Usagi, the wide-eyed, optimistic, kind, blonde alien protagonist donning the primary colors and the short-haired, bad-ass, bike-riding canon lesbian Haruka.
Now, I’ve circled back to femslash with the Arrowverse. Kara, the wide-eyed, optimistic, kind, blonde alien protagonist donning the primary colors and the short-haired, bad-ass, bike-riding canon lesbian Kate.
The first ever fanfiction I wrote was in Yu-Gi-Oh!, about Joey, that brash, tough-guy act blonde who was abused by his father and ended up being referred to as a puppy so widely that the shipname of the couple my first fic was for is literally Puppyshipping.
Now, my favorite fandom to write is Shadowhunters, about Jace, that brash, tough-guy act blonde who was abused by his father and ended up being referred to as a puppy so much by me due to Dom Sherwood’s puppy-pout.
The first fandom I was hugely active in was Beyblade, multishipping my way through honestly everything featuring Ray, that dark-haired, snarky bad-ass who was called a kitten (because he was literally part of a tribe of cat-people), though my flagship was him with his grumpy, emotionally constipated European boyfriend Kai.
Now, my biggest fandom is Percy Jackson, multishipping my way through honestly everything featuring Percy, that dark-haired, snarky bad-ass who ends up being called a kitten all the time, though my flagship is him with his grumpy, emotionally constipated European boyfriend Nico.
In conclusion, I think one can safely argue that I have three distinctive types when it comes to latching onto ships/fandoms, because these were my beginnings and this is my present and they were/are my biggest obsessions.
“ Please, don’t notice it, Haruka! You’re so cute with my lipstick on you!”

200 km/h in the Wrong Lane - Chapter 13
"So," Minako began, her voice tinged with a careful curiosity, "have you... talked to Haruka at all since then?"
Usagi shook her head, tracing the rim of her wine glass. "No. Not a word." Minako's eyes widened, a flicker of genuine surprise crossing her face. "What? Seriously? I mean," she paused, taking a long sip of her wine, a mischievous glint entering her eyes, "have you at least... looked at her social media profile? Like, done any... 'investigative journalism' there?"
Usagi's face flushed slightly. "Minako! No! That's... that's stalking!"
"Is it, though?" Minako countered, her brow furrowed in mock contemplation. "Or is it just... keeping up? Because if you're not going to, then I guess someone has to." She leaned forward conspiratorially. "Turns out," Minako confessed, her voice dropping to a dramatic whisper, "she's been quite busy. During the day, she's all business – training like a maniac at the track, at the gym, super focused. But then... every single night, it's a different woman. A different date. Literally. Like she's making up for lost time or something." She took another sip of wine, her gaze intent on Usagi. "So, there's that."

Do You ship HarUsagi?
Ah! While I see the appeal of HaruUsa, I really can’t ship Haruka with anyone other than Michiru. Their relationship, their dynamic…it just speaks to me on so many levels. Both of them are flirty, Haruka did kiss Usagi, but at the end of the day; their hearts are for one another. It’s just a beautiful relationship and I wouldn’t be able to see any other ship being as wonderful.
I’ve been watching Sailor Moon Crystal and the most recent episode destroyed me with HarUsagi feels I didn’t sign up for this
