Like any other plan, Y/n is trying to be sneaky and listen to a gang's plan on how to sabotage the English Mafia's drop happening tomorrow. Harry caught wind they were having a meeting tonight.
Y/n hid around the corner behind some storage units so if anybody walked past - she could quickly hide. When moving too quickly as a guard walked by, she bumped into it and caused ruckus.
Knowing the members heard her she took off and managed to dodge all the bullets they shot at her. She quickly made it out of the building and into the waiting car with Harry and the men waiting to fire if need be.
"Harry, what the fuck was that? You didn't tell me they were also planning to attack our team!" Y/n barked at Harry. She was pissed because she put her life at risk not knowing what Harry already knew.
"Look m'sorry okay? I didn't think they would come after you like that," Harry said as he kept his eyes on the road - knowing he was in the wrong.

that drive. the ten minute drive to his house was the longest one of your life. every street corner, every light, every townhouse looked familiar yet different. time had shifted.
you pulled into the driveway, slamming on the breaks jarringly in order to not hit the garage door. anxiety came rampant, but at the same time you felt a feeling of exhilaration as you were back to the place where you felt more at home.
you walk up to the porch, eye contact straight ahead, not paying attention to anything frivolous in the background. you ring the doorbell; there is no answer. fumed, you turn the other direction to hang by his porch when suddenly a Velvet green robe appears out of the corner of your eye.

you smiled brightly running into his secure embrace. he perched a kiss on your forehead, squeezing you with a surplus of contentment. he picks up your small frame and carries you into the bedroom.
itâs pitch black, the only familiarity you have are his muscular arms tucked under your elbows like a security blanket, keeping you safe.
he plops you down gingerly, sniggering as he sees your hair out of place. you look adorable being frazzled, even though at the same time he hates to see you in this state.
you wince at the uncanny glare of his iPhone flashlight stings your eyes. âharry!â
âyour hair is out of place petal. jusâ fixing it for ya.â
chills erupt as he strokes the front of your hair out of your face, making a circular motion around your head as he brings it towards the back. he smiles lethargically, proud of his accomplishment in his drowsy state.
âthere,â he says. ânow i can see your beautiful face.â
âyou really were just waiting for me to come back werenât cha?â
he snorts. âbabe, you should ask yourself the same question.â you hadnât noticed your head perched now on his shoulder and your arm locked over his waist.
you can feel the blood rush to your cheeks. âi never want to be without you,â you whisper, a hint of melancholy hitting your tone.
