My sock is coming along great! I love how the colour is turning out. Done the heel but still managed to get holes in it 😔 Just have to decide how long I want it now.
I forgot my knitting today. Three hours of train journey with nothing to do. And I wanted to have those socks finished by the weekend. Raging.
No WIPs... :(
So, after I pull the socks out, I will have no big projects on the go :(
I can’t do my socks til I get 4-ply, and I’m probably gonna be too busy to go yarn shopping until August bank holiday. I can’t knit Ben’s Christmas balaclava until I can get hold of the same colour to match his birthday gloves, it will be a different dye lot but it will be fine. Regretting not buying two balls now :/ I can’t knit Kenny’s snood until I can get the reflective thread and the lady said she’s getting that in September. So I will have to hurriedly knit that up so he can have it before I finish at work. It’s gonna be bright orange so he can wear it out on the railway.
I might knit up some socks for myself using the DK I was using for the stitch surfer, I still quite like that yarn. But I need inspiration!

It is actually recommended that you open up a bag of crisps the opposite way to which it was standing (usually upside down) so that the little flavour bits fall back all over the crisps!
