So Far So Good
It’s been 6 days and I’m still very much on track. I’ve stuck to my meal-prep meals for breakfast, lunch, snacks and most dinners. Only twice have I eaten something I didn’t prepare last Friday but both meals were still good decisions.
I’ve kept sugar out of my coffee, and haven’t had a soda diet or otherwise since. I had my sugar headache on Saturday/Sunday and have been a little lethargic the last two days but today I’m feeling good.
The sun is out, I just finished my second work out since Monday and I’m enjoying my rice bowl outside.
My husband has been doing well also. He’s still drinking his diet Pepsi’s but we all have our vices. ☺️ Even my roommates have started to meal plan and eat better on their own. I’m seeing so many wonderful, motivational stories and I’m excited to see how far I’ve come a year from now. Hopefully I’ll be inspiring people like I have been inspired. 🤞🏻
