Happy 39th Just a regular day, in fact it was a working Sunday for me too. Since it's still ECQ, we have our workers as stay-in employees throughout the quarantine period. Just fill up the cold storage with stock then they can go home. So, everyday we also include them for our meal plans throughout the days that they are staying-in. I really didn't have time to cook and make what I want for my Birthday. So, I just make do with our pantry stock in time being, for the lack of liberty on doing grocery. There's paranoia all around that one needs to plan well whenever you have to step outside the safety of the house. ECQ Birthday, have me some time off to reflect. Think and work with what's in front of me. This is how my day went: after finishing my work at the spices, I went on to cook our lunch. I found a simplified version of a Pata Tim recipe. While the Pata Tim is slow cooking, I had Taho for my morning snack. We attended an online Mass at Quiapo at 12:15 pm via TV Maria's FB Page. After lunch, I waited for some orders to be picked up by Grab Express. Later in the afternood, I did some last minute grocery run. I bought some cooking and baking ingredients. I just like to take the whole week to celebrate my 39th. I also did a quick Market run for some fresh fruits. It was already 6:30 pm when I reached home. Momi asked Jeck to buy Pansit Bihon for our dinner and also for our staff staying-in at our production area. No cake yet, so I got myself a Birthday Ice Cream instead! Another year of orbit around the Sun, another day in life. It is a blessing to be alive, no matter how bleak it may seem. I thank God everyday for every life blessing that came my way: family, friends, work and play.❤🧡💛💚💙💜🎂🍦🍝💐🌸🌺🌻🌼 #Happy39 #hexaskitchen #homecooking #comfortfood #simplepleasure #simplelife (at Marikina East Subdivision) https://www.instagram.com/p/B_LJ9teBq6WNgvzQlcnzBxpSf8PqvMNcTTh7zU0/?igshid=11dp7mxf0mhf8
