Much better run today than on Sunday! It’s still warm (mid 80s!) but so much less humid and I didn’t totally feel like death. So, win? I started working at my local run specialty store last night and holy cow is it good. My previous retail experience (4 years in an upscale women’s fashion store) was not great, especially at the end, but this is a total mom and pop company, I already know the store manager from my training program, and the other girl who was working is coincidentally in my library grad school program?! So it’s a small world. On a related note, I’m thinking about trying the Hanson method to train for a fall half. Has anyone tried it? Loved it? Hated it? Let me know!
