Bardzo często spotkać się można ze zdaniem, iż muzyka piękna daje się podzielić na muzykę z treścią duchową i bez niej. Nic błędniejszego nad to! Zapatrując się w ten sposób, ścieśniamy tylko pojęcie p i ę k n a, gdyż wyobrażamy sobie formę, jako naczynie, istniejące osobno dla siebie, a duszę umieszczoną w tem naczyniu, znowu osobno. Wygląda to potrosze na pełne i próżne flaszki szampana. Ale muzyczny szampan ma tę właściwość, iż rośnie z flaszką!
