The original don glanced at his descendent with uncontained amusement, reaching a hand out to ruffle the unruly blonde locks that reminded him a lot of his own. “ i’d say no need to look so startled, but, i suppose the situation would warrant it, huh?”

The hair-ruffle immediately helped him relax quite a bit; the confirmation that the man before him was indeed real, and that the gesture was quite comforting in of itself. It was nice.

Raising a brow in question, Kyoya turned to fully face the taller male while stepping into his space, wondering if maybe the Cavallone don had consumed a drink or two before coming home.

“Is this your definition of ‘woo’?” Surely Dino already knew petty pick-up lines did nothing if not the opposite of ‘wooing’ when it came to the cloud guardian.

Steel grey hues flicked down as the skylark watched his specially brewed tea be taken away, tracking its course up to the Don’s mouth as Dino took a sip without asking. His brow twitched in slight annoyance, and had this been anyone else other than the blonde then surely the cloud guardian would have followed their actions with a swift tonfa to the temple. 

“ Jeez... I’m not a kid, Primo. “
