Some closer photos of the 500 Hands I drew recently. Finding new references for dynamic hand poses became harder. This is a flip-through of my hand anatomy and design training over the last year. It started as quick studies in lockdown last year from some reference, but I soon realized that I didn’t have a proper grasp of what I was observing. Ахрененская штука. Называется hangboard. Очень удобно повесить над дверным проходом. Предназначен как для обычного подтягивания, так и для подтягивания различными хватами пальцев. Техника подтягивания немного отличается от турника. Можно хорошо прокачать скил силы хвата. Нужен обязательно выступ или проём, но зато не выпирает так сильно как турник и больше интересных вариантов для тренировок дома. Я на этой штуке дошёл до 20 подтягивания и доволен тем, как прокачал широчайшие )))) В общем в связи с новыми квартирными условиями придётся мне продать эту прекрасную вещь.
