Now, it’s not really that often that one such as Aurel would leave the country in a situation such as his. Really, it’s rare for werewolves to leave their Grounds at all. Which makes it even the more rare an occasion that Aurel as the head of his Pack would have left London. Rare enough to be completely unheard of. Which may or may not be what the werewolf is relying on in his visit to the United States. He’s not here on much- just a hunch and a prayer, and he’s not even really sure what he’s looking for.
All he does know is that there’s something here that his gut tells him he can use. He’s yet to go wrong when he listens to instinct. Which would be why the man is leaning against a tree, watching passers by like one of them has the information that he’s here for, like one of them will simply walk up to him and inform him of why he’s here. He doesn’t really expect that, of course, but it’s hard not to direct that thousand yard stare at anyone who comes into even the peripherals of his vision. Seeing as he does so much people watching.
Besides which, he's picked up people who've proved more than useful, even if only as a diversion to attract the attention of the ones he's really here for this way. Every once in a while he tracks someone from the moment they enter visibility until the moment they leave it, merely for the distraction.
